NO KINGS Protests in Delaware County on March 28
In times of uncertainty, silence is not an option. When the costs of living push families to the brink and the fundamental values of our communities feel under attack, the most powerful tool we have is our collective voice. This Saturday, March 28, thousands of Americans will gather across the country for NO KINGS, a nationwide demonstration against the current administration’s overreach and the erosion of the rule of law.
America was built on the principle that the country belongs to the people, not to strongmen or those who seek to rule through fear. As the executive branch continues to test the boundaries of its power, we are coming together to show that we will not roll over. We are united in our commitment to protecting our freedoms and our neighbors.

Ohio Equal Rights Amendments
If you are heading to the protests in Delaware, Sunbury, or Westerville, please look for people carrying the Ohio Right to Marry and Equal Rights petitions.
Currently, our state constitution still includes an outdated ban on same sex marriage. By signing these petitions, you’re helping remove that language and protecting the rights of fellow Ohioans if the Supreme Court were to reverse its decision on same sex marriage.

From the Streets to the Ballot Box
Making your voice heard on the street is only the first step. To truly reclaim the rule of law and protect our shared values, we must translate our energy into action at the polls. Protests show our strength, but elections determine our future.
The Primary Election is May 5, 2026. This is our opportunity to support candidates at the local, state, and federal levels who are “fired up” and ready to fight for a more just and equitable society. Change starts from the ground up, and these candidates need your support to fuel their campaigns.
How you can help:
1. Educate Yourself: Research the local Democratic candidates running in the Primary. You can find a full list of who is on the ballot at ohiodeladems.org/2026-election.
2. Contribute: If you are able, chip in to help these campaigns reach more voters. Even small donations make a significant difference in local races.
3. Spread the Word: Share information about the rallies and the upcoming election with your friends, family, and neighbors.
4. Vote: Mark your calendar for May 5 or vote early if you can. Your vote is your power. Find important election information here.
