● Report from Fundraising/Development Committee – Suzanne Binau
Catch a Rising Star Event report, committee covered what occurred during the event, and fundraising amounts. Next year’s event Thursday August 20, 2026 at Little Bear Golf Club. Speakers TBD.

● Recommendations from Candidate Support Committee – Joyce Bourgault
Joyce reported on the work of the Candidate Support Committee, including an update on three candidates. Joyce moved to add the following party endorsement/grant funding of: Chris Wyche-Columbus City Council, endorsement only; Brandon Lester-Olentangy Local School District, $2000 grant only; Dr. Coutanya Coombs, endorsement

● It was announced that Jenny Yoder has Petitions to sign for issues to be put on the ballot in 2026. One for the Right to Marry and a state Equal Rights Amendment

● Additions to Executive/Central Committee
Motion made by Jenny Yoder to nominate the following to Executive Committee: Quinn Hoffman, Diane Valentino, Betty Marsh, Rebecca Roebuck, Scott Charland. All these persons were present and have been volunteering for the party.
2nd by Joe Bjorkman. Motion passed, and new members were sworn in.

Peg shared highlights of upcoming events as listed on the agenda, and talked about efforts to reach out to more voters using postcards this year. Our work this year will plant some seeds to build relationships for next year and future years.
